PatternStores is an online marketplace that allows designers ("Sellers") to upload and license textile designs, patterns, artwork, saree designs, kurti/suit designs, dupatta designs, seamless repeat patterns, and related digital content to buyers ("Buyers").

PatternStores acts solely as a marketplace platform and is not the creator, owner, or copyright holder of user-uploaded content unless expressly stated.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from PatternStores, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Store Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Products

  • All products sold are digital textile designs delivered in high-quality downloadable formats.
  • No physical items will be shipped.
  • Product previews and mock-ups shown on the website are for representation purposes only.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality.
  • Providing accurate information.
  • Restricting unauthorized access to their account.
  • All activities conducted through their account.

PatternStores reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.
  • Prices are displayed in USD ($) unless otherwise specified.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information at checkout.
  • Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts which have come into force.

Delivery

  • Digital files are delivered instantly via email or download link once payment is confirmed.
  • In case of technical delays, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided once the files are delivered.

License & Usage Rights

  • You may use purchased designs for personal and commercial fabric/textile printing.
  • You may create physical products (fabric, garments, accessories, etc.) for resale.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share digital files in any form.
  • All intellectual property rights remain with PatternStores.

Prohibited Activities

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or resell our digital products.
  • Misuse our website for fraudulent purposes.
  • Upload or transmit harmful code, including viruses or malware.

Limitation of Liability

PatternStores is not responsible for:

  • Losses caused by misuse of downloaded designs.
  • Technical issues beyond our control, including internet or device errors.
  • Unauthorized use of purchased designs by third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.

User-Generated Content and Copyright Responsibility

PatternStores operates solely as an online marketplace platform that enables independent sellers to upload and license their designs to buyers. PatternStores does not create, modify, verify, or guarantee the originality, ownership, legality, or intellectual property status of any user-uploaded content.

While PatternStores may review content for quality and compliance purposes, such review does not constitute verification of ownership, authenticity, or copyright status.

Sellers are solely and exclusively responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content is original, lawful, and does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, design right, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

In the event that a seller uploads copied, unauthorized, infringing, or otherwise unlawful content that is not identified during the review process and is subsequently purchased, downloaded, or used by a buyer, the seller shall bear full legal responsibility for such content and any resulting claims, disputes, damages, liabilities, or legal proceedings.

PatternStores, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any copyright infringement, intellectual property violation, ownership dispute, or related claim arising from user-uploaded content.

Any person claiming ownership of content may submit a copyright complaint, and PatternStores reserves the right to remove, disable access to, or suspend the relevant content or account while investigating the matter.

By uploading content to the Platform, each seller agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PatternStores, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising out of or related to the seller's uploaded content or violation of intellectual property rights.
